Victory Corps SISCO's change of responsibility

Marcus Aaron transferred the responsibilities of the Signal Intelligence and Sustainment Company, known as SISCO, to 1st Sgt. Tammy Aherns in a change of responsibility ceremony, Nov. 7. The change of responsibility ceremony, a time-honored military tradition, serves as an important moment to acknowledge the hard work and sacrifices of both the outgoing and incoming leaders. How V Corps Soldiers transition to veterans in Europe and the US
